King Rottweilers is so excited to let everyone know we have a new home.

Over the last 5 years we have talked about finding some property and moving out of the city limits. While we have looked we never found anything that met our needs and wants. Just as we gave up on looking this year our new property showed up out of no where. While it had been on the market for a few month the previous owner was still developing the land for his retirement home.

For reason we cannot say the previous owner decided to try one more push to sell the land before winter. With a drop in his price it attracted a few people but no one put an offer in on the property except us. While our original offer was countered we let the counter offer expire. We are sure his realtor was telling him there was more interest and he should hold out for the right offer. The weekend came and went, their realtor reached out and asked if we were still interested so we put in one more final offer, at almost the same exact offer we originally gave. This time we wrote a letter and let them know I was not a developer / investor. I wanted the land for personal use and my forever dream home.

While the move will take a couple of years we are beyond excited to final have the property so our dreams can become a reality. Of course we are having all our Rotties in one place but we will be finally be able to have our horse(s) and all the other livestock in the same location.

Since the property already has a working deep-well, we will be starting the out buildings next spring and hopefully have all the livestock on the property by end of Summer 2023. At least that is our goal.
