A puppy’s appearance, size, temperament, and other characteristics may change as the puppy matures. While we make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information, we cannot guarantee that a puppy will develop exactly as anticipated.
Photos and descriptions are intended to help prospective owners evaluate available puppies but should not be considered guarantees of future appearance, size, temperament, or performance.
King Rottweilers reserves the right to determine puppy availability and placement.
4. Puppy Reservations and Deposits
A puppy reservation or deposit may be required to reserve a puppy.
Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement between King Rottweilers and the purchaser:
- A deposit does not constitute transfer of ownership.
- A puppy is not considered sold until the applicable purchase agreement has been completed and required payments have been received.
- Deposits and reservation payments may be subject to the terms stated in the applicable puppy purchase or reservation agreement.
- King Rottweilers reserves the right to decline a reservation or puppy placement when we determine that a placement is not appropriate.
The specific terms governing a puppy purchase, including price, deposit requirements, payment schedules, health guarantees, registration, transportation, and return provisions, will be governed by the written agreement applicable to that purchase.
In the event of a conflict between these website Terms and a signed puppy purchase agreement, the signed purchase agreement will control with respect to that transaction.
5. Puppy Placement
King Rottweilers reserves the right to select or approve homes for our puppies.
Our goal is to place each Rottweiler in a safe, appropriate, and responsible home. Completing an inquiry, application, or reservation request does not guarantee that a puppy will be made available to you.
We may decline a placement or refund a reservation payment when appropriate under the applicable reservation or purchase terms.
6. Prices, Payments, and Non-Refundable Fees
Prices displayed on the King Rottweilers website are subject to change without notice unless a price has been confirmed in writing for a specific puppy or transaction.
We reserve the right to correct pricing, typographical, or other errors.
Payment terms may vary depending on the puppy, transaction, or applicable agreement. Additional fees may apply to deposits, puppy reservations, balances, transportation, registration, boarding, or other services.
Non-Refundable Payments
Unless otherwise expressly stated in a written agreement signed by King Rottweilers LLC or required by applicable law, all monies paid to King Rottweilers LLC are non-refundable.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Puppy deposits
- Reservation fees
- Puppy purchase payments
- Balance payments
- Transportation fees
- Registration fees
- Boarding fees
- Other fees or payments associated with the purchase, reservation, or transfer of a puppy
Once a payment has been received, the payment is considered non-refundable, including in circumstances where a purchaser subsequently changes their mind, decides not to proceed with the purchase, is unable or unwilling to take possession of the puppy, or otherwise cancels the transaction.
A purchaser’s failure to complete a purchase or comply with the terms of an applicable purchase agreement does not, by itself, create a right to a refund.
Transportation fees are collected in advance because live animals cannot be transported on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis. Transportation fees are therefore non-refundable once paid, except where a refund is expressly required by applicable law or otherwise agreed to in writing by King Rottweilers LLC.
Nothing in this section is intended to waive or limit any refund, cancellation, or other consumer right that cannot legally be waived under applicable federal, state, or local law.
The specific terms governing a puppy purchase, including price, deposits, payment schedules, health guarantees, transportation, registration, and any applicable refund provisions, may also be established in the written puppy purchase or reservation agreement.
In the event of a conflict between these website Terms and a signed puppy purchase agreement, the signed puppy purchase agreement will control with respect to that transaction, except where prohibited by applicable law.
7. Health Information and Guarantees
King Rottweilers takes the health and well-being of our dogs seriously and may perform health testing and veterinary examinations as part of our breeding program.
Information regarding health testing, veterinary care, vaccinations, deworming, microchipping, registration, and other care may be provided with individual puppies or litters.
Any health guarantee provided by King Rottweilers is governed exclusively by the written health guarantee or puppy purchase agreement provided to the purchaser.
Website content regarding health, genetics, veterinary care, or breed characteristics is informational and does not replace advice from a licensed veterinarian.
8. AKC Registration and Pedigrees
Where applicable, registration and pedigree information may be provided in accordance with the applicable registration organization and the terms of the puppy’s purchase agreement.
Registration status, eligibility, paperwork, and processing requirements may vary.
King Rottweilers does not guarantee that information provided by third-party registration organizations will remain unchanged after a puppy is transferred to its new owner.
9. Transportation
King Rottweilers LLC does not provide, employ, or directly operate animal transportation services. When transportation is requested, King Rottweilers may assist the purchaser in arranging transportation through an independent third-party transportation provider.
For convenience, King Rottweilers may collect the estimated or agreed transportation fee from the purchaser in advance and remit the applicable amount to the independent transportation provider. Transportation fees must be paid in advance because live animals cannot be shipped or transported on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis.
Payment of a transportation fee to King Rottweilers does not mean that King Rottweilers is the transportation provider or that transportation services are performed by King Rottweilers.
The purchaser understands and agrees that:
- Transportation is provided by an independent third-party transportation provider.
- King Rottweilers may assist in coordinating transportation as a convenience to the purchaser.
- Transportation fees must be paid before the puppy is released for transportation.
- Transportation schedules, routes, delivery times, and availability are determined by the independent transportation provider.
- Weather, airline restrictions, road conditions, regulatory requirements, animal health considerations, transportation availability, and other circumstances may affect transportation schedules.
- King Rottweilers is not responsible for delays, cancellations, route changes, or other circumstances caused by the independent transportation provider or events outside King Rottweilers’ reasonable control.
- Any transportation-related terms, conditions, requirements, or restrictions imposed by the independent transportation provider are separate from the puppy purchase agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment of transportation costs does not alter or reduce the purchaser’s obligations under the applicable puppy purchase agreement.
Where transportation is arranged through King Rottweilers, the purchaser authorizes King Rottweilers to collect the transportation fee in advance for the purpose of facilitating payment to the independent transportation provider.
10. Website Content and Intellectual Property
All content appearing on the King Rottweilers website, including but not limited to:
- Logos
- Business names
- Photographs
- Videos
- Written content
- Graphics
- Designs
- Page layouts
- Trademarks and branding
- Pedigree and breeding-program materials
- Original descriptions and articles
is owned by or licensed to King Rottweilers LLC unless otherwise indicated.
You may view and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.
Photographs of King Rottweilers dogs and puppies may not be copied or used for advertising, breeding, resale, social media marketing, or other commercial purposes without written permission.
11. User Submissions
If you submit information, photographs, reviews, testimonials, comments, or other material to King Rottweilers, you represent that you have the right to provide that material.
